Giant Eagle Pasta Tabbouleh

Ingredients

1/2 cup (8 oz.) Giant Eagle orzo, uncooked
1 cup fresh mint, chopped
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
3 cups tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
1/2 cup green onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. Giant Eagle lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Giant Eagle olive or vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

Combine all ingredients; mix well

Cover; chill thoroughly. Stir before serving.

Yield: 4-6 servings
